Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information.
All EU orders are sent out using local post or parcel services such as DPD with standard 2-5 days delivery service.
You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.
Shipping - Overseas.
Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. This can also affect the delivery timescale, which is out of our
control.
Returns and Refunds.
All products on this site are made to order and we don't keep any stock, so we are unable to offer any returns or refunds.
If your product arrives damaged and is unsuitable to you, we will gladly investigate and will offer a return or exchange product. Photographic evidence of any such damaged product will be required to process such a return.
We do not accept any liability for returns to us which are lost in transit.
Returning items from overseas will be at the cost of the customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
Items need to be returned with all labels attached within 14 days, unworn aside from trying on.
Postage will not be refunded.
Please note that in some instances refunds can take between 14-21 days to reach your account.
